Job Description

A well-established healthcare organization is seeking two Senior Financial Analysts on a temp-to-perm basis. One role is Financial Reporting focused, and the other is Managed Care focused. These roles support senior leadership and require strong healthcare financial experience.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days remote / 1 day onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $38-$58/hour during contract period, prior to conversion

Key Requirements (Both Roles)

  • Bachelor's degree required (Finance or Accounting preferred; related healthcare degrees acceptable)
  • Healthcare experience is mandatory
  • Advanced Excel skills (SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Strong financial analysis, reporting, and presentation skills
  • Experience supporting leadership with actionable financial insights

Sr. Financial Analyst - Financial Reporting

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and deliver detailed financial reports and presentations
  • Analyze financial performance, trends, and benchmarks
  • Support reporting and analytics tied to healthcare operations and growth initiatives
  • Assist with ROI analysis, physician productivity, and compensation modeling
  • Develop proformas for business planning, M&A, and service expansions

Experience:

  • 5+ years of healthcare financial analysis and reporting experience required
  • Healthcare financial management experience strongly preferred

Sr. Financial Analyst - Managed Care

Responsibilities include:

  • Financial modeling related to managed care contracts and reimbursement models
  • Analyze managed care contracts for optimization and compliance
  • Produce executive-level reporting on contract performance and key metrics
  • Support forecasting, analytics, and regulatory compliance initiatives

Additional Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD/Dx coding systems
  • 5+ years reviewing/interpreting patient medical records using CPT and ICD-10 codes
